Identity System


As part of a requirement for portfolio class, this branding project was designed to define my design process and principles in aesthetics.

LOGO


This simple logo design is a clever use of geometric shapes as letters of my initial with the use of negative space for the letter of my middle name.

BRANDING

I've always admired the International Style, and for me, it best describes my approach in design.I have worked on this identity system that reflects my ideals in design. The goal of this personal project is to develop an identity that conveys the simple and contemporary aesthetic.

IDENTITY SYSTEM


For the identity system, the elements are to be unified and cohesive in its language. The use of grid for the composition and layout makes the touch points more firm and expressive of the aesthetics, yet reserved with its overarching theme.

The web design for my portfolio is also a reflection of the aesthetic experience that I want to show and express to the viewers.

Using modular grid and flex layout, the contents of each pages are organized to minimize clutter and more clean and simple user interface.
